order help!!! - 2008/09/07 08:13
Hi my order number is 43070 and I order this item more than a month ago. I have called multiple times, and Every time I call the person I speak with tells me he dosen't know what happened and that he will send one out. My order never gets updated saying an item is dispatched, but it says the order has been processed and payment received. Thought maybe on back order, but says you have 5 in stock. What exactly is the problem?
I have read some things about the site being conned, and not to send money to a po box. I paid with credit and the transaction went smoothly, but the item just hasn't been shipped. PLEASE HELP!!!
